Nokia 301 dual sim makes debut in India, selling at R 5140


 
The Nokia 301 dual-SIM smartphones which was spotted as coming to India in early March, has made a debut in an Indian store.

The Nokia Asha 301 is a dual-SIM phone and offers the three times faster Nokia Xpress Browser which lets you stream video and browse for free with built-in Wi-Fi faster and a low data costs. The phone comes with a powerful 3.5G connectivity and is powered with the Series 40 operating system from Nokia come pre-loaded with all the utility apps you may need. It has a 2.4-inch super-responsive capacitive touchscreen display like the Nokia Asha 310, and comes in black, white, cyan, yellow or fuchsia so you can pick the colour that suits your style.

The phone has come up at Snapdeal.com at a price of Rs 5140, in Black, While and Cyan colours.

Though the phone looks small, it has 3.2 megapixel camera which can offer image resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels.  It supports an epic 100-degree panorama function, and burst mode for taking 5 pictures in one shot. To share the pics easily you can use the Nokia Slam function, even if you’re not on Wi-Fi.

It comes pre-loaded with apps to let you stay connected to your friends. Send emails superfast with the Yahoo!, Gmail and Hotmail apps that are ready to use right away. And show you’re no social slouch – Facebook and Twitter apps come as standard.
