Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who has always shown his inclination towards sports, now wants to promote Football in India. Owner of IPL franchise, Kolkata Knight Riders, Shah Rukh Khan revealed his plans of buying a football team.
“I am interested in buying stakes in the football league. If the football team happens then it is for Kolkata. We have limited resources but we are working towards it. Football team is 100 percent on cards,” Shah Rukh Khan said.
His son Aryan is quite enthusiastic about football; this could be one of the reasons that why Srk wants to take this sport forward.
